Head of Sales & Marketing

As the General Manager of our Retail division, Jean-Marc has been heading the Sales, Marketing, Products and Business Development activities for the past 10 years alongside maintaining a strong relationship with our German Partner, Henkel, for which Archemics is the exclusive distributor for Mauritius, Seychelles, Madagascar, and Comoros. His portfolio includes Home and Laundry Care, Beauty Care and Adhesives products.

Olivier Maujean

General Manager – Industrial

Olivier has been part of Archemics since the company’s beginnings and continually brings his talent, professional experience and in-depth knowledge of the industry to our business. The General Manager of our industrial division is assisted by an experienced team dedicated to serving the industrial, cleaning, adhesives, and textile industries with a substantial selection of professional products. The development of a complete range of amenities products for the hospitality industry is among the numerous projects that he conducted at Archemics.

Zabeer Abbas

Finance Business Partner, Archemics Ltd

A certified accountant with the ACCA, Zabeer brings over 25 years of experience across FMCG, aviation, and financial services. His expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and business planning has been instrumental in driving profitability and efficiency. Since joining Archemics in August 2024, he has played a key role in supporting the company’s financial and business objectives.

Nidhi Ramlogun

Quality & Sustainability Manager

Nidhi has a BSc (Hons) in Food Science and Technology from The University of Mauritius and represents the Chemical Industry on the Technical Standards Committee of Mauritius Standards Bureau(MSB). As our Quality & Sustainability Manager, she heads our laboratory services, our Quality & Sustainability department, as well as the Health & Safety and Environment departments of both Archemics and of the MCFI Group.

Ricardo Bauman

Production Manager

Ricardo is a holder of a Higher National Diploma in Business from BTEC. He has joined Archemics since 2008 and is in charge of the manufacturing of laundry, household detergents, cementitious, amenities, adhesives and textile products. He has extensive experience in manufacturing processes and manages the production of over 700 Tons of products per month.
